Google Groups, while slim and pretty, is really really crappy right now. Spam is nearly unbearable (Actually, scratch “nearly”).

I’d suggest something a little more accessible, like the all popular PHP-forums. I believe some have the ability to mimic email lists (Allowing people to reply via email).

Using LINQ and a stack. Technically, everything but 3 lines of it is infrastructure. Yeah laugh it up dynamic language guys.
